WIN's Accessibility and Inclusiveness Survey

We would like to take this opportunity to receive feedback on WIN's overall accessibility and inclusiveness.

1) How inclusive and accessible do you find WIN in general?

(1-5) 1 indicating not very inclusive/accessible and 5 indicating very inclusive/accessible.

 

2) Please share your feedback on how you find WIN's accessibility and inclusiveness as it relates to store layout, store signage, customer service interactions, WIN's marketing (materials, online, social media), WIN's programs, and WIN's donation experience.

3) Please share your thoughts on how we can improve.
4) We have also been reflecting on how we can better support LGBTQ2IA+ community members as an organization. In the space below, please share your thoughts on how we can make WIN more accessible, comfortable and inclusive in terms of our programs, customer service interactions, shopping experience, donation experience, or in any other ways.
